    DYAMEO, a French medtech founded in 2023, develops devices to help surgeons control in real-time, during the operation itself, that resection margins are clear — meaning no tumor cells remain in the surrounding tissues. Today, this confirmation often only comes after the intervention, via delayed anatomopathological analysis, which forces some patients into heavy post-operative treatments or re-intervention.

    The solution relies on three combined elements: patented biological reagent capsules that clip onto a probe and react upon contact with cancer cells, an optical fiber probe that the surgeon applies to the surgical specimen, and TempoTouch®, an instant analysis system that displays a readable result in the operating room. The technology integrates into existing practices without modifying the surgical gesture.

    DYAMEO announces a fundraising of 3 million euros. Historical investors Medevice Capital and NACO renew their participation; Bpifrance via its Amorçage Industriel fund, OBRATORI, and Estellior Capital join the round, alongside French entrepreneurs. The stated objective for 2026 is to obtain CE marking and commercial launch in operating theaters, after a first clinical trial conducted in six centers of excellence in France with results deemed conclusive.

    This 3 million euro round is a regulatory threshold-crossing round, not a growth round: the money finances CE marking, the mandatory gateway to the European market. The main risk is no longer scientific — the clinical trial is conclusive — it is operational and commercial: transforming clinical proof into actual adoption in operating theaters where surgeon time is the most constrained asset.
